Ashley Southerlan '10 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5'9" junior from Mt. Pulaski, Illinois. I have been starting shooting guard on the varsity team for the past two years and came off the bench to play my freshman year. I have made all-area and conference teams the past two years. Knowing that I am about to start my senior year, which will consist of my final basketball season of my high school career, I could not imagine not playing anymore after the last game. I would love to continue my basketball career while getting a great education at the college level. When it comes to colleges, I am pretty flexible, but if possible I would prefer to stay around the Great Lakes Region. Any school that will allow me to get a great education and be an asset to the basketball team would be an ideal school for me.
