Grace Kinsey '18 Recruiting Profile

I'm a 5'10 guard who plays any position from point guard to small forward in a given game. I pride myself on my defensive intensity and ability to hold strong opponents under their scoring average. I'm capable of guarding quick guards and strong posts. I'm often the loudest one on the court, especially in transition defense. Offensively, I take the ball aggressively to the basket, but I can also hit outside jump shots. The biggest intangible thing that I bring to the court is my energy. I love celebrating good plays or just getting everyone excited to play during the huddle. Besides my energy, I am a coachable player who is willing to work hard to improve myself and my team. I commonly stay after practice to work on my own game or rebound for teammates. I am an extremely dedicated athlete who is looking to attend an academically challenging university. I am interested in majoring in business management or economics, and want to be able to continue playing the sport I love.
