My name is Tori Hoefs and i'm going into my senior year at Avalon High School, CA. I bring intensity to the court and I'm highly competitive. Simply put: I want to win. My favorite part of the game is steeling the ball from an opposing player (115 steels in 26 season games junior year).
Though I'm from a small town and have limited opportunities to play ball outside of high school, I'm a good ball player. In tournament competitions I play best against D-2 and D-3 teams. I know I can successfully compete at these levels in college. Though I'm only 5'5" I'm a relentless, coachable, hardworking, no drama, team player who doesn't let up on the court. I've played on my high school varsity team since my freshman year, was a starter since my sophomore year, and co-captain of the team my junior year. I was awarded second team all league, most outstanding team player, and tournament MVP for both the Catalina classic and the Avalon classic tournaments my junior year.
As much as I love to play basketball, I'm also looking for a school that suits me academically and artistically. I plan to major in art design with a digital graphics emphasis. I'm not picky about the demographics or size of the college but, since family is so important to me I'd like to be in an area where my extended family lives including California, Florida, or Massachusetts..
In summary I ask that you look at my profile, talk to me, and take the time to meet me. I won't waste your time, and I won't disappoint you.
