As a student athlete, one of my top goals is to obtain several full scholarship offers for both athletics and academics for college. Its always been a dream get the chance to play for a D1 or D2 college but accept and consider all options/offers..
I am a strong ball handler, passer, and leader with high basketball IQ. What makes me a good candidate for many teams is the amount of hard work I show on and off the court. I put in lots of work behind the seems that goes unnoticed to other but is noticed by myself and makes me stand out on the court. To add on to that, I am a coachable player and am always striving to get better.
What makes me different from other recruits in athletics is my athleticism as a short guard. Being one of the shorter/shortest people on the court 99% of the time, I grab more rebounds than most of the bigger people do. This makes me stand out. As a teammate, I am encouraging, hard working, and like seeing me and my teammates succeed and work together.
Likewise in the classroom, I strive to maintain a high GPA.
