Personal Statement
My name is Casey Nero, a 5'4" point guard who will graduate from Atascadero High School, Atascadero, CA in June 2012. I have started varsity since the 1st game freshman year leading my league each year in apg and I am an outstanding defensive player winning the coach's award as best team defender three years. I have played competitive club throughout southern California for the last seven years and have competed against many D1 prospects over the years. I would fit well in an uptempo, pressing style of play and am regarded as an intelligent decision maker who is a mature, team oriented player, well respected by players, parents and coaches. I'm open to playing at any school and at any level and feel confident I can help any program that takes me onboard.
