Briana Moore '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Briana Moore and I'm a hard-working, ambitious, trustworthy, confident young lady. My goal is to become a better person, a better player, and an even better teammate. I would like to play college basketball because it has been my dream ever since I started playing basketball and it would be a good experience to help build me up as a person. From an academic stand point, I would like to pursue a major in engineering. I do not know what exact type of engineering, but I know I want something in the IT or technical field of it. I am an all A's student that is aspiring to get a GPA of 4.0 or higher throughout my high school years. I am also hoping to join more leadership clubs at my school (e.g. National Honors Society). I think I would be a qualified candidate for any college team because I am a well-rounded person, that will listen and take advice from my coaches and my teammates/peers. I will work and do my best to reach the goal that I have set out for myself and will not give up or quit. I'm determined to keep working hard on all my skills, no matter if it is in the classroom or on the court, but I am here to be a scholar athlete, not an athlete scholar. School will always go first because in order to be successful in sports, you have to be successful in the classroom first.
