I learned from an early age that my desire to play and compete at any sport needs to come from within me. As the years move on and I see players fall out of the sport it is definitely clearer as to why that is so important. So I play for me and my drive is my own. I have worked hard and train everyday which has allowed me to get on very good teams and opportunities to play at older age groups if desired. To have eleven other girls working hard because they want to and to have the same goals is very exciting. As an eligible recruit, I believe I can compete with anyone and I am not afraid of a challenge. I believe I am a great teammate and will battle till the last out then be ready for practice the next day. I love softball, I love competing and I plan to try out for the USA National Team one day!! In the classroom anything less than an A is unacceptable and off the field it is about spending time with family and being a good citizen in my community.
