Sierra Bertrand '15 Recruiting Profile

Athletics have been a part of my life since I was 3 years old. I am a multi sport athlete. I play both competitive rep hockey and softball and I also play high school basketball, volleyball, hockey and track and field. Unfortunately, my school does not have a softball team. Softball, however, is my passion and is the sport I feel that I can have the biggest impact on in terms of skill and attitude. I am  6'0" tall, 140 pound, left handed pitcher. My secondary position is 1st base.

My dream is to play softball at the university level. A school that challenges me athletically on the field and academically in the classroom would be ideal. I strive for excellence both on the diamond and in the classroom. I am thinking of pursing a career in business or accounting.

My goal is to play for a competitive softball team and have a positive impact on my teammates with my leadership skills and drive. I have been a leader on every team I have played on and I am determined to always do my best.
