My name is Jamie Fraley, I am part of the class of 2016 and I am a shortstop and utility player for 17U Lancaster Pride. One of my high school coaches describes me as a hard worker that never complains and willingly does what anyone asks of me, respectful, polite, and a good ball player with a range of skills. My varsity head coach describes me as very dependable, always going the extra mile, an outstanding teammate willing to do whatever it takes to help the team succeed. My best softball asset is defense, especially my glove. I put team goals before individual goals. I’m an ultimate competitor. I have a heart for the game and I push myself to do the best I can and if I make a mistake I tell myself to shake it off and I will make the next play and I do my best to encourage my teammates. My junior year in school ball I was 2nd Team All MVL, 2nd Team All Southeast District and 2nd Team All Ohio, for my travel ball season I get selected to play in an all-star game as shortstop.
