Francesca Capaldi '15 Recruiting Profile

Hello, My name is Francesca Capaldi. I am a senior at Catholic Central High School, in Steubenville, Ohio. I have been a member of the softball team my entire high school career. In my past three years we have won 2 OVAC championships, Runner-up in the OVAC, 3 OVAC regular season championship, 3 sectional championships, 2 district championships, and 2 regional appearances. I started my junior year, and became a starter my sophomore year due to a player injury. I have helped my team achieve our goals and championships you see above in various ways. I am a very hard worker, and give 110% during practice. I strive to help the team and make the team better every day. I don't talk back, and i do as I am told. I never try to bring my teammates down, I only pick them up. I take responsibility for my mistakes on the field, and try to make up for them. Once I make a mistake, I forget about it and move on. I am the same way with my academics. I work hard to get good grades. I have been an Honor Roll student my whole life. My GPA is a 3.8 and I strive to make it better. I was inducted to the National Honor Society my junior year, which requires good grades and community service. I am very active when it comes to community service. In my high school career, I have greatly outdone the service hour requirements to graduate with over 200 hours by my sophomore year.
