Tiffany Fairchild '15 Recruiting Profile

   Hello, my name is Tiffany Fairchild.  I attend Tinora High School in Defiance, Ohio.  I have played on the varsity team for my school since I was a freshman.  I primarily play middle infield.  However, at one tournament, my coach asked me to play different positions, and I told her that I would do whatever was needed to help out the team.  So throughout that tournament I played every position on the infield except pitcher and catcher.  I have been named Second Team-All Conference, and also received Honorable Mention-All District.  I am currently playing with the 18u AWP Sports Cougars based out of Fort Wayne, Indiana.  I recently played for the 16u team; however, I was offered a spot on the 18u team and accepted the offer.

  I love the game of softball and want to continue my career beyond high school.  I work hard all the time, and I never let anyone outwork me.  I pride myself in my hustle and knowledge of my surroundings on the field.  I have been training and working out every year for the past 6 years to improve my game.  I never give up, and I always want to stay after practices to work extra with my coaches to get better.  I am a fierce competitor and I love the feeling I get every time I step on the field; knowing that I get to help my team.

  Throughout high school, I have been able to maintain a 3.5 GPA.  I work very hard at my grades.  I have made the Honor Roll every quarter, and plan to do so the rest of the time.

  The school I select will meet my academic needs as well as be a competitive softball school.  In return, they will get a hard working individual on and off the field.  I am a very fun loving, care free person.  I look forward to meeting new people and want to be part of a team that knows how to have fun, yet, get the job done on the field.
