Marissa Bondoni '12 Recruiting Profile

Hi I'm Marissa Bondoni and I woud love to play college softball. Im 5'3 and weigh 120 pounds, I'm average speed, and my pitching speed is high 50's to low 60's. Softball has been a huge part of my life since I was 5. My first great accomplishment was winning USSSA nationals as a 10U player for the Lady Lasers Silver. Since then I have been playing on the Ohio Sapphires, and we came in 3rd place at the NSA 14U nationals in 2009 along with 4th place in the NSA 16U nationals in 2010. In high school I've gotten many awards, my freshman, sophmore, and junior years I have recieved 1st team all confrence, and my Sphomore and junior years I have received second team all conference. I've also led my conference in the most strike outs. I can offer the team leadership and the mentality to work hard and win. I'm always the first person ready to play and the last person ready to quit. I love this game. I would like to go to a school that is relatively close to home, and I would like it to be one that isn't that big either. My family does have financial need. My goals out of college softball would be to play as much as I can at the highest level possible.
