A strong mentality and hard work are keys to excelling in softball, and I have put years into successfully developing these two important skills. I push myself as hard as I can to be near-perfect, and I am a very easy student- athlete to coach. Not only am I a very hard-working athlete, but I am also very dedicated to my teammates, my school, and, especially, my coaches. I have a great deal of experience with balancing my school work with athletics, and I still manage to keep my GPA very high. Ever since 8th grade, I have had to balance varsity softball practice, hitting lessons, and travel practice with my academics in the spring. I have had experience in the leadership role both as a captain for my varsity team and as the centerfielder. I will always learn something new no matter which level I play at, and that includes the collegiate level as well.By playing college ball, I hope to advance my game to the fullest potential and learn to be the best player I possibly can.
