Jaelyn Gotham '12 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Jaelyn Gotham.If you have watched my video I can tell you that I did it in a hurry and it this video does not contain and show exactly my ability in softball. I am a 4 year varsity starter. I enjoy the game of softball and look to proceeding with my academic, and althletic talents at a college level. I am a 5' 10" senior that weighs around 180 pounds, I throw at about 58 mph, my change up can consist of 43-48 mph, I also have 6 pitches.My most accomplished moments were, All-Academic All Northern(10th, and 11th grade, 12th?) 1st team NAC(11th grade, 12th?) and also MVP of my team(11th grade, 12th?) I have been captain of the varsity team during my 11th grade and look forward to doing the same this year. Always the first to practice, and last one to leave. I strive for perfection, and nothing less. Not looking at the size of the school, just looking for a school that will fit my needs and wants, and will enjoy. Having 3 brothers ahead of me, and who have all attended college leave a huge strain on my parents to also afford me to go.My parents and i are in the process of financial, and scholarship help. I look forward to majoring in a Criminal Justice field, or Physical Education. I would like to play as a freshman, and play against the best of the best only to create a stronger, better althlete.
