My goals and aspirations for playing college softball is to win a CWS, to play at the highest level of competition possible, expand my knowledge of the game, while getting an education that will prepare me to be successful in my future. I am a solid, well rounded multi-sport (softball, volleyball, tennis, and basketball) student athlete (3.7 GPA) with an extensive softball background, that to date, spans eight years, five travel teams, ten states, three state championships (MT) (one runner-up) and three ASA National Tournament appearances. (TN, AZ, OR) These experiences have taught me the values of work ethic, perfect practice, time management, being a team player, the many positive contributions one can make, regardless of their role, and not to be content in my development as a player. Above all, they have taught me how to compete, that it is absolutely crucial to be mentally composed in all situations and to stay humble. I stand out, because I strive to be a student of the games I am playing. I try to get the deepest understandings of the game because I believe that half of the game is what goes on in your head. I have learned in all the years I have played that a “smart” player can be just as effective as an"athletic" player.
