Personal Statement

It all started when I was 4 years old with a bat and a glove. At first it was just a sport to me but then it soon became a huge part of my life and something I am very passionate about. My favorite memories have been made in this sport like my first homerun, first grand slam and making close friends along the way from teammates to opponents. I have come a long way with this sport and I cannot wait to see where it will take me in the future. This sport has made me the person I am today by teaching me leadership, positive attitude, how to overcome adversity, and many, many more characteristics. My dream is to play collegiate softball while getting an excellent education so I can establish a great career for the future.

The Tommie Walker Fielding Club is an on-going Defensive Training System designed for every level from beginners all the way up to Division I Collegiate prospects. Using a 54-Point rating system, each student will be evaluated and then placed into one of six classification levels. The goal is to master the skills at a certain level and then move up to the next level.
