Jacquelyn Harrington '23 Recruiting Profile

Ever since I started playing softball I immediately had a passion for the game which made me into the person I am today.  Softball has made me a better person in many ways, it has taught me to work hard in the classroom to get good grades especially since I want to pursue a career in either communication or the science field.  It has also given me the confidence to never give up on anything whether it's being down by three runs in the bottom of the seventh or not understanding a topic in school.  Finally whenever I play softball it brings me to my own happy place, whether it's the people or the sport itself it makes my day ten times better to just unwind and do what I love.  Which is why I want to continue playing for many more years to come.
