What are my goals in life? I will always put my grades first. My grades are my number one important thing to me. I want to succeed in school. I believe that you need education more than skills on the field. In school, I have very good grades for taking 4 honors classes. I study 1-2 hours every night and more if I have too. I push myself harder in the class room then I do on the field. At a young age, I had a coach tell me that I was never going to be good in softball and that I was never going to make a travel team. After that I pushed my self 10x times harder. I went to hitting lessons, I went to many college camps, I took the classes when I could, I went to my garage and hit everyday for an hour just so I could prove to anyone that I was good enough to be on the field. I pushed my self and with in 3 years i made travel teams and much more. That same coach came to me and asked to play on his A travel team the same year. I know that I am good in softball but there is always someone better. Just because i proved to one coach that I can do it, I believe I have to still work hard to get to the best of my ability. I encourage teammates to keep a smile on their faces and not to give up. I am very coachable and want to be come better. I am open to anything that will make me successful in life, on the field and make me happy. I want to become a great role model to my younger sisters and brother. I want to show everyone who thinks they can't, believe they can.
