A goal that I have is to go to a school that fits my wants and needs as far as education and athletics if possible. I would be a good candidate for your team because I push myself to be the best. Also, I love meeting new people through sports; many of my best friendships were made on the softball field. As far as academics go, I stand out because I strive to do my best in the classroom and my GPA is always above a 4.0 on a 5 point scale. I do very well in school and love to learn about science. In athletics, I stand out because I am a team player and I don't let simple things like a bad at bat carry onto defense with me. I always push myself to give 110% effort because that is the reason we all play the game to do our best and give it our all. Also, I pick things up easily or I am easy to change which many have said make me very coachable. I stand out in character because I always try to see the glass have full and I don't let the small things get to me very easily. I always try to see the best in every situation I am given and try to be optimistic towards the opportunities presented to me in life.
