Jackie Manrique, #92 '10 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5'8" Firstbase/Catcher/OF from Chicago, IL and will graduate in the 2010 class. I have helped lead my high school team to three consecutive City of Chicago Championships, two regional championships, and three seasons with only one single game loss in conference play. I am looking for a school that allows me to excel in the classroom as well as on the field. Living in the city my whole life, I would like to experience a great "college town" atmosphere. Lastly, my desired major is communications. A great communications program is very important in finding a school that is right for me. I love playing softball and will play any position that the coach and team deem best for success. Playing softball in college and earning my degree would truly be a life-long dream come true.
