Hi Coach, my name is Natalie Spencer and I would like to thank you for taking the time to visit my profile. My softball journey began in 2002 when I started tee ball and my love for the game only grew from there. Softball is my passion.
I have been a member of National Junior Honor Society and as a sophomore I was inducted into the National Honor Society. As part of NHS, I have been involved with a lot of community service. Several examples of my service are as follows: Rods Racing volunteer (Racing for Orphans with Downs Syndrome), helped with an Eagle Scout project and participated with a community food drive. Giving back to the community is important as it helps to strengthen it.
On my high school softball team, I have lettered my freshman and sophomore years as the starting 3rd baseman. As a sophomore, I led the team with the highest batting average and was voted as the most inspirational player by my teammates. Leading up to my sophomore year, I was able to work with a new batting coach, Samantha Marder, who was an All-American at Ohio State. Through her coaching, she helped me improve and increase my batting average.
I am very coachable and I am willing to learn and put in the effort and make the sacrifices to become a better player.
Goals:
I want to graduate high school with highest honors.
Be recruited to play college softball is my goal while receiving a good education
I appreciate you taking the time to look at my profile and I look forward to communicating with you in the future.
