Personal Statement

I have loved the game of softball since the day I picked up a bat and ball when I was 5 years old. From the age of 10 I knew that my dream was to continue softball at the collegiate level. Now, in high school, I am pursuing my dream! A scholarship will be my ticket to getting the education I need and at the same time, being able to play the sport I love. College, for me, is making memories, meeting new people, and getting a jump-start on my future. My goals are to continue working hard on and off the field, get better everyday, expect nothing less than my 150%, keep in touch and stay on top of my communications with college coaches, but most importantly, to keep up my grades through out my whole high school experience. Completing these goals will help me aspire to reach my dream college and build the stepping stones that will prepare me to be a successful and responsible young adult!
