Personal Statement
I organically started playing softball at the age of 4 when my older sister (who is 14mo older than me) started, I just did it for fun because she was playing. Then when I turned 6 I joined her travel team. I started pitching lessons when I was almost 7 and Coach Tom has brought me a long way. Pitching is my passion and I am good at it, but I can also play any other position that I am placed. I have always played up an age and enjoy watching the other team move up on me when I step up to the plate then I crush one over their heads. My dream is to play for collage and hopefully follow in my pitching coaches steps and train girls to pitch like he taught me. Softball has taught me how to be a team player and never let anything stand in the way of what I want.
