I want to play college softball at a SEC college here in the south ( University of Florida or Georgia) and get my education to either become a coach one day at a college level or a trainer. My dream is to play as long as I can in softball past college like the USA team. All I have ever known in my life is softball. I started playing at the age of 3 when my mom asked my dad to put me on the field with my brothers t-ball team. I have played up at least 2 years above my actual age. I am currently 12 almost 13 and I play on a 14u travel team and have been since I was 11. According to one of my coaches who keeps the books, I have the best stats on the whole team and I am the youngest on the team, th majority of the girls are 14 going on 15, they are all going into the 9th grade and I'm going into the 8th grade. If I'm not playing or practicing softball I will go outside at home and shoot some hoops or maybe throw a baseball around with my brothers. If I am at one of my brothers games and I see a group of boys throwing a football around I am right there with them. As far as acedemics I take my studies very serious and strive to improve my grades because I know how important my grades are now and if I develop good habits now I will have a easier road ahead. My parents have always stressed to me the importance of taking a loss just as good as taking a win and I should always do my personal best, win or loose. If I happen to play against one of my friends and we loose I always go up to them and tell them good job.
