First and foremost, it will be an honor and a privilege to play collegiate softball. While I have yet to decide on a college major, I have set a very high academic standard for my future while continuing my softball career. I'm very active in the community through various social work programs, breast cancer awareness and helping other young girls enjoy the game of softball. I would love to continue the game all the way through college as it builds camaraderie and team building. It teaches me the highs and lows of winning and losing that applies to every day life. It also gives me a level of confidence in decision making applicable on or off the field for success. My goal is to make an impact on the world through whatever career endeavor I take on, and softball allows me to meet and make friends with girls with similar dreams, goals and aspirations. Thank you for taking the time to read my Personal Statement.
