Emily Schneider '16 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing softball since I was four years old and have always had the aspirations of playing in college. An ambition of mine is to become an athletic trainer. I am a hardworker and have a great attitude and positive outlook on life. Playing college softball is an opportunity that could change my life forever. I am a very hardworking player and strive to do the best, as well as being a good role model for my peers and fellow teammates. I am very coachable and I am always looking for ways to improve. I have a strong arm and a good bat; I know I am not a perfect player but I am one of the most dedicated recruits you will find. Outside of sports, I maintain a high GPA and study very hard to get good grades. I love volunteering at church and participating in many school activities. My academic life is something that is very important to me along with my athletic life. I have always wanted to go to a school that won't be easy, but will challenge me in everything I do. I have a very broad horizon and am open to all possibilities, but ultimately my goal is to find the school that will fit me the best and let me play at the highest level of competition possible.
