My key goal is to continue playing softball through college. I want to contribute to my new team and team mates successes on and off the field. I am an outgoing Team Captain and can adapt to any situation. I am coachable with no negative attitude on or off the field and have been told by my coaches that I have a high softball "IQ". As a middle infielder with plenty of catching experience, I have the ability to help control a game by calming down a pitcher and/or picking up and motivating a defense. I am always the one working hardest on the field, in the gym and the classroom and feel I am prepared for collegiate level athletic competition and academics. As I finish my Junior year in High School, I am starting to narrow down possible fields of study such as Physical Therapy, History, Psychology and Photography. I lettered my Freshman, Sophomore and Junior year and I am proud to have been selected both years as "Defensive Player of the Year" and was also named to the "Lady Eagle Scholar Athlete Honor Roll" both years and will be striving for those goals again this year. My hobbies are Photography, listening to music and I have an interest in learning sign language.
