Noelle Wagner '12 Recruiting Profile

I am 5'6" catcher from Orange, California. I have played softball since the age of 4 and have long considered it my dream to play college softball. I am currently attending Orange Lutheran High School and am set to graduate in 2012. I am a Varsity catcher on my high school team and in my freshman year I was the JV MVP of the season. In the Laguna Hills High School tournament I earned, Offensive MVP of the 2009 tournament. Since then I have been the Varsity catcher and just this year (2011) our team captured the Trinity league title.  When not playing in high school season, I play for a highly competitive 18U travel team, the Villa Park Vipers. On the Vipers, I am the starting catcher and play first base when not catching. I am an outstanding leader and serve as a member of the Service Committee on the Student Leadership team and maintain a 4.09 GPA. I have excelled in my classes and am looking for new challenges ahead. When looking at college options, I am open to any school, any size, in any geographic location, but I would like a school that is going to challenge me both academically and athletically at the highest level. Although I am still undecided, I am leaning towards a career in medicine or law and would like a degree that focuses my studies towards those areas.
