Colton Cowell #4Personal Statement
Hello, my name is Colton Cowell. I am a 6'1 right handed outside hitter. I aspire to play at a Division I college, where I can pursue my academic and athletic goals. I recently began playing indoors after playing beach volleyball for most of my life. I play for King Kekaulike High School in Maui, Hawaii. This season we won the Maui Interscholastic League (MIL) titIe and placed 4th overall in the State of Hawaii. I was honored to receive the MIL "Player of the Year" award.
I will be graduating in 2015. I enjoy going to the beach with my friends, watching movies, and playing both beach and indoor volleyball. I am a hard working player who is committed to excellence in my play as well as in sportsmanship. I believe it is as important to keep your own focus as it is to support the other members on your team. I like to play with fire and energy and yet, to always focus on having fun as well.

- I play for Ku'ikahi's 17's Red team. I play outside hitter and have just recently played with the team in Anaheim California for regional tournament. I will be traveling with the team to Houston Texas, where my team will play in the 17's Club division for the 2014 Junior Olympics
