Personal Statement

My goal is to play volleyball at the college level, and graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in four years.  I have strong interests in the fields of Multimedia Communications, Video/Film Production, Exercise Science, and Kinesiology.  As an incoming Freshman, I will strive to be successful in the classroom and on the court.

I've been very fortunate to play on competitive Club teams that have been successful at the National level.  For the past four seasons we've competed in the Open Division at the Boys Junior National Championships, and most recently we finished in 3rd place and earned a bronze medal in the Gold Bracket of the 17's Open Division at the 2017 BJNC in Columbus, OH.

Teachers and coaches have taught me how to be a successful student and volleyball player, but it's the lessons that my parents have taught me that will make me successful in life.  Through my parents I have developed a strong work ethic, and I understand the hard work, sacrifice, and struggles that are required to achieve your goals.  The words "quitting" and "giving up" were never used in our home.  Instead, I was taught that "commitment, dedication, respect, and humbleness" are the cornerstones to success in just about every aspect of life; being a good family member, teammate, classmate, coworker and citizen.

Thank you for viewing my profile.  I look forward to hearing from you, and learning more about your school and volleyball program.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
