Personal Statement
Although I am only in ninth grade currently, I really wish to run in college and continue to improve my speed over my next 4 years in high school. I love to lead and wish to constantly improve my times. I wish to be the best runner that I can be. Over time, I have realized the privilege that I have had of getting to run on my school's high school varsity track team as an eighth grader and have begun to taken advantage of this opportunity. It has taught me to embrace my hard work ethic and use it to my advantage. I strive every day to be the best possible person I can be on both the track/course and in the classroom.
