Personal Statement
I love to run, and I love to compete. I have been a competitive soccer and basketball player until my freshman year in highschool when I decided to give running a try. Once I made the leap to track and cross country I knew it was where my true athletic passion was. I have a close knit family and am active in my church, St. Benedict Catholic Church here in Mt. Pleasant. I believe in giving back to my community and volunteer at my local nursing home, Meals on Wheels, as well as various fundraising events.
In summary, am a hard worker, love to compete, and love to give back to my community.
