My goals are relatively simple. I want to be recruited to a college for running and help support the college I would attend. I would be a good candidate because I'm a very hard disciplined worker and will work to achieve my goals and my coaches goals for me. Also, I'm an honor roll student who is also part of the National Honor Society of High School Scholars. Athletically I have not had a season where I did not achieve a personal record. I train very well to avoid injury but also enough to become better and better my running times.

Training
- Through out the entire summer, fall, winter , and spring.
- 3 years
- During summer, my training was mostly over distance running averaging about 50-60 miles per week. During the fall, my training was over distance some days, and intervals like 800's, 1200's, 1600's, 400's, etc., the other days. In winter I do a lot of over distance training again.
