I will always listen to criticism as I strive to become the best runner I can be.
I really love working out on the track because I know it will make me a better athlete.
I have never been a fan of running a lot of miles a week, the most miles I have ever done in a week is 50. My average millage per week tends to be between 40-45.
My overall goal for myself as a runner is to break the 4min in the mile.
This summer I've decided to forgo my fear of high millage and managed to hit 70miles once this summer working up to it very slowly. The 2012-2013 season i'm trying to hit about 60-65 miles a week
