My goal by the end of college is to graduate with a degree in either Chemical Engineering or Chemistry going into the medical field. I also during this time want to participate in running track and cross country for the college I go to. Track and cross country have shaped my life into the person I am today. It has taught me perseverance, patience, and to have a love for running. After my 7th grade cross country season I quit running because I didn't think I was very good, however, I decided to give it another chance and run track 8th grade year. This was the season that made me fall in love with running and I don't think I would be the person I am today if I didn't come back to the sport. Ever since that season I continue wanting to get better each season pushing new PR's and finding new competitors to push me to be my best. I can't wait for my next journey in running to be at a collegiate level where I can find new competitors and better myself as an athlete while getting an education for my future endeavors! So until then I will be training hard during the season and more importantly during the off-season where I can continue growing stronger each day.
