Personal Statement
I'm about 6 foot, 170 lbs. My plans for college are to continue my track career somewhere that wants me and accepts me for who I am. I run the 400m open and the 4x200 relay. In the 400m I ran a PR 50.9 during the district meet and made it to regionals, in the 4x200 relay I ran the first leg with a split of 21.9. The relay team made it to states where we took first place and broke the state record. I would like to continue running the 400m in college as well as be a part of a relay team. I believe that I am a hard worker and I love a challenge, my favorite quote by Dion Sanders is "You are only as good as your last play." That quote is my motto, I go by it every time I hit the track and train for the next race.
