Joshua Reed '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Joshua Reed, a senior attending Oscar H. Wingfield High School in Jackson, Mississippi. My interest in Men's Track & Field includes the following: High jump,Long jump, 200m, 4x100 relay, 4x200 relay, & 4x400 relay.   My primary event is the high jump which I compete in without any coaching or access to practice facilities - I literally can only jump with a bar & a mat during meets - my school does not have the equipment.  

In addition to sports, I would like to major in the field of Mass Communications/Marketing. I am inetrested in giving back to the community through my love for the elderly, mentally challenged, and children with special needs. My proven leadership abilities has been in serving underprivileged children and youth in after school and summer programs.
