Being on varsity track as an eighth grader was a great experience for not only me, but also for my family. I was able to learn a lot about myself through competing with guys that were a lot older and better than me. I also learned that I wasn’t going to win every time but, not winning every time seemed to push me to try and improve myself and my technique. My dad was a big factor for me becoming the person and athlete I am. My parents, who I am so thankful for, have supported me throughout my years of school and athletics. I value every coach I have ever had for putting in the time, energy, and effort to try to get me to the next level.
I am not looking for a college that is in a certain division or in a certain area. I am looking for the college that is right for me, both academically and athletically. I believe I have the drive to achieve whatever I want. My goals for high school and college include, breaking my high school’s records, competing at the highest level I possibly can, getting my diploma, finding the right career for me. I know that I have the right qualities to make a positive impact on any team I am on, including yours!Event | 2017 Varsity Team | 2017 Track Minnesot | 2016 Varsity Team |
