I have always been the biggest motivator on my teams and I like to help the young people on the team and I'm also the guy to give the pep talk before the races and get everybody siked up and ready to win and stay strong through out the race.

- AAU State Champion in the 3000, 1500 and 800. AAU State Runner-Up in the Javelin. USATF State Champion in the Javelin, 2k Steeplechase, 3000, and 1500. AAU Regional Champion in the 2k Steeplechase and 3000. AAU Regional Bronze Medalist in the 1500 and Javelin. USATF Regional Champion in the 2k Steeplechase. AAU National Bronze Medalist in the 2k Steeplechase. AAU Nationals All American Honorable Mention in the 1500. Finished my Javelin career with a season PR after spend countless hours recovering from a Shoulder/Back Injury. I won the team Spirit Award for my leadership, encouragement, work ethic, and personality.

- I was Runner-up in the 1500m and Regional Champion in the 3000m and 2000m Steeplechase at AAU Regionals. I was the Runner-up in the 2000m Steeplechase and Regional Champion in the 1500m at USATF Regionals. AAU All American in 2000m Steeplechase and AAU Honorable Mention in the 3000m. (the steeplechase time is 2000 meter not 3000 meter)
