Coming from France last year, I was fortunate to make my high school basketball team. I became interested in basketball when I was in third grade. All my friends played basketball during recess and I wanted to be part of their game. Ever since then, I loved the sport. While in France I played for a regional team for four years which has helped me build my skills and mindset. Through all my years of playing, I learned that I can be a leader, that I am a team player and have good hand-eye coordination. I also learned that I have endurance. I have good ball-handling and driving skills and, when I find my rhythm, I am a great shooter. I have also played tennis for several years which has increased my flexibility and speed.
My academic goals in High School are to work hard, get all A's, take AP or College Credit Courses and have the best GPA possible. In college, I plan on fulfilling a degree preferably related to Mathematics to become successful.
I will be a good candidate for your team as I enjoy supporting my teammates, playing hard, and my work-ethic is exceptional.
