Personal Statement

I participate in many track and field events such as high jump, pole vault, and 4 by 400 team. My best achievements are with pole vaulting.  I currently hold the #1 position in the state with the of height of 14'1" feet, as a junior.  I'm ranked 26 in the nation for class of 2015 graduates and younger and ranked 116 amongst all grades 2014 graduates and younger.  My future goal by the end of this year is to reach a height of 15'6" feet or higher.  By the end of my senior year I plan to break 16'.  I plan on doing this by hard work and commitment both on the track, in the weight room and in the classroom.  I respect all of my coaches and value all the support and advice they give me. My achievements have come do to our teamwork.  I'm a good listener and humble to instruction.  I'm a team player, a good friend and a role model to my little sister and other kids.  I love the joy that vaulting gives myself, my family and my coaches. I'm am working very hard to get the best GPA I can. I go to tutoring and additional classes to help me improve.  My GPA is a 2.9 and I'm working hard to bring it higher. I'm a very hard worker and I devote 100% to everything I do.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
