Hi I'm Logan Marshall. I am a student-athlete at Half Moon Bay High School with a passion for track and cross country. I come from a program that emphasizes 3 levels of running: high school, college, and the rest of your life. Therefore, my high school training has consisted of low to moderate mileage, with an emphasis on quality over quantity. We believe that this will translate to a higher level of potential than those that come from higher mileage programs. Despite the lower mileage, I have attained success throughout my high school career which includes being the Central Coast Section Division 4 individual champion.
I am a well-rounded individual and I am extremely dedicated in every facet of life that I take on. Beyond high school, I wish to pursue a career in Kinesiology/human physiology due in part to the fact that running, and studying the capabilities of the human body is a passion of mine. I have many influences, including my wonderful family, friends, coaches, and teachers.
In college, I hope to be able to run to my full capabilities, get a degree that will propel me into the post-collegiate world, and to build relationships that will last for the rest of my life.
