Hi, my name is Trent Prussing. I have been playing tennis since I was 8 years old. I was number 6 on varsity my freshman year in high school, my sophomore year I was number 3 on varsity and now as a junior I play number 2. My school won the last two regional titles in our portion of the state. I am 6’5" and weigh 175 pounds. The strongest parts of my game are my serves, ground strokes, and determination. Although I consider myself a capable singles player, I generally play doubles in every tournament I enter. I consider doubles play an asset I can add to a college program. High school tennis provides me frequent match play and practice and which has given me quality experience with a team. During high school, I have played approximately 8 USTA Tournaments each year. I had been splitting my time between tennis and basketball where I would only play tennis competitively for 7 months a year. In May, 2014 I made a commitment to focus on tennis and not pursue basketball endeavors during the summer of my senior year. I am open minded about the college I will attend, and am willing to go almost anywhere with a solid academic program. I would like to major in a five year accounting degree in order to become a CPA. I am used to working hard on my tennis game, and can be a great asset to any collegiate team.
Listed below are my high school athletic accomplishments:
2013 Singles District Champion
2013 Regional Singles Finalist
