Nicholas Snyder '15 Recruiting Profile

Some of my collegiate goals include to major in either petroleum or mining engineering and to also swim at a school that fits my academics and is suitable for my swimming abilities, preferably D1 or D2. What makes me such an important part of the teams I am on is that I'm a leader I'm confident and I don't like to lose, which are all key components of being an incredible swimmer. I would carry all of these characteristics onto the collegiate level and would postively make any team better. I always give my swimming a 100%, whether it be training for Jr. Nationals or even off season training. As stated above, I do not like to lose and that goes for my team and teammates as well. They are all very important aspects of the team as well. As a student in high school, I have taken an aray of challenging classes ranging from just regular classes such as english to rigorous classes such ap environmental science and honors speech and composition.I am a swimmer with huge potential, I have been swimming competitively now for 2 and a half years and already have reached extraordinary heights. I am a well established student who tries hard in school and cares about grades being kept up.
