Asher Choi '20 Recruiting Profile

Hello to all of you, my name is Asher Choi, I am currently a sophomore at a prepschool called Northfield Mount Hermon. I am a varsity swimmer at this school and am very passionate about the program and would like to carry through with this ambition throughout college. I am very passionate about the sport as well as the academic opportunities that are offered for me at NMH. 

The main aspect that may interest you is that I am a leader. Throughout my life, I have taken many leadership opportunities available for me. The most recent example of this is that I was the captain of my JV Tennis team as a Freshman in highschool. Furthermore, I am a very coachable athlete. I am very welcoming to criticism and places to improve in my abilities as an athlete as well as a student. 

I am also heavily involved in the communities I am a part of. My father hosts community meals during the holiday season in which I have volunteered for the past 7 years, this has translated to my involvement in boarding school where I volunteer weekly at a local town hosting meals for the people in need.
