My goals for college are to get my pre-medical degree and then after that go to medical school to become a neurological surgeon. I have always been interested in medicine but what really interested me was the brain and all of its mysteries. My goal in swimming is to be able to compete at a high collegiate level and know that I reached my highest potential when my swim career comes to an end. I am a very good team player and work well with others. I am a versatile swimmer who can adjust well to any sort of team atmosphere.
What makes me different than other recruits is my level of discipline and commitment to success. I was homeschooled from the 4th through 8th grade. During that time I learned to be self-driven and developed important life skills that has prepared me for the challenges ahead. I learned to value my time by prioritizing my activities which is critical in being a student athlete.
