Ryan O'Malley '13 Recruiting Profile

I am a hardworking individual; I push myself and my teammates to be the best athletes we can be. I provide leadership for the swimmers on our team, especially our younger swimmers. I swim through my club team all year round because I do not have a high school swim team. I have been involved with competitive swimming for the past 11 years (7 years with the Westmont Swim Club). I work hard in the water, at weights, and especially in the classroom. I am looking to major in a branch of political science or law.  I like close knit teams that show a high desire to push each other to be better swimmers and overall individuals. I don't have a preference of where the university is located or how big/small it is. I just want to be able to swim in college at any division and always keep improving my abilities and achieving team championships.
