My goal is to swim in college while receiving a good education in one of the sciences or engineering. I was a recreational swimmer since I was 7 years old. I swam with the Woodlands Swim Team, a recreational team in my neighborhood until the end of summer 2012. I started year-round swimming with the Walnut Creek Aquabears at the end of November 2012. In my first year as an Aquabear, I had a Top Ten Time with Pacific Swimming in the 15-16 Age Group for the 2012-13 season. In the summer of 2013, I was the High Point winner at the Junior Olympics, in Orinda, Calif. I went to the Junior Nationals in December 2013. I have been on the Northgate High School Varsity Swim Team for the past 3 years. In the Spring of 2014, the Northgate Boys won the North Coast HS Championship for 2014. The last time Northgate won this was in 1996. I placed in finals for each of my events. I am currently working on my Eagle Project for Boy Scouts of America. I plan on achieving the rank of Eagle before the end of 2014.
