I have been playing soccer since I was five years old. The sport has grown from a hobby playing in recreational leagues into a devotion resulting in me training every day. I have been playing club soccer since I was 11 years old at Polonia soccer club in Franklin, Wisconsin. For the last several years I have played on two teams at Polonia playing up a year. This year I am on both the U16 and U17 teams. I am also the starting goalkeeper on the Whitnall High school varsity soccer team. Besides playing for the varsity soccer team I play for the JV basketball team while also being an honor student.
I have learned that it is important to not only focus on soccer because I also want to be as successful in the classroom as on the field. I am consistently one of the hardest working players on my teams showing great work ethic, dedication, discipline and passion in everything I do. This has in part been achieved through my athleticism and technical soccer skills. I consider myself a leader both on and off the field.
A goal of mine as soon since I started playing club soccer was to play at the highest level possible in college and reach my full potential. To do this I keep setting goals I know I can reach if I work for it. This includes finding a school which will assist me in reaching my goals.
