Personal Statement

Winning the Tennessee state championship as a U14 player is the highlight of my young soccer career SO FAR! That season taught me many things about myself. I maintained a 3.8 GPA, played 2 sports (soccer and basketball), participated in school activities and clubs and made 80 mile round trips to soccer practice at least 3 times a week. The grind that I endured during that season has instilled in me the values that I will need to excel as a student athlete in a college soccer program. I am excited to learn and believe that I am a very coachable athlete. I believe in team and strive to be the best teammate that I can be.

I am looking for an academically sound and competitive program. My experiences as a team captain have taught me an openness with teammates and leadership qualities that I believe would make an impact immediately on a college program. I believe I have the persona, character and work-ethic to be a leader on your team.

SOUTHEAST COLLEGE SOCCER SHOWCASE

he 2018 SE College Soccer Showcase will bring the South's top college coaches to Memphis to recruit among the top select youth teams in the nation. Over 170 teams will compete in this elite event. Most games will be played on the beautiful, manicured bermuda fields of the Mike Rose Soccer Complex in Memphis, TN. There will be some games played at Houston High School & WC Johnson (state of the art FieldTurf fields located only 10 minutes drive from the MRSC complex) as well as the bermuda field at Houston Middle School (the natural grass stadium for Houston High). No medals rounds will be held but Champions will still be listed in GotSoccer.

The University of North Georgia men’s soccer team proudly invites you to learn the fundamentals of the game while showing your talent at the program’s ID Camp. Join head coach Patrice Parris and his staff as you sharpen your skills, increase your understanding of the game and display your talent. Midsouth FC's Germantown Invitational Tournament (GIT) invites you to one of the region's premier events! Since the GIT's inception in 1979 it has grown to a 500+ team tournament that now is spread across 4 weekends just to handle the number of teams. U9-14 Boys, U9-14 Girls, Showcase Boys, Showcase Girls are the different weekends and we currently use Memphis' 17 field premier facility that is Mike Rose Soccer Complex in Memphis, TN to play the weekends. We host the most diverse competition of any tournament in our city and some of the countries best teams and regularly come to compete. Regular attendees are state, regional, & national champions/finalists as well as ODP teams, & international teams. For the Showcase Boys & Girls we host over 100 college coaches each year offering players a tremendous scouting opportunity. Come join us for the amazing and diverse competition that will be the perfect finish to your fall season!

University of Memphis Summer Soccer ID Camp

SUMMER ID CAMP The 2016 Memphis Soccer Summer ID Camp is set for July 23-24 at multiple locations on the University of Memphis Campus. This two-day ID Camp is designed to expose players who are serious about playing college soccer to different coaching perspectives and philosophies. The Memphis Coaching Staff will be joined by coaches from different levels of College Soccer, as well as current and former members of the U of M men's soccer team.

The US Youth Soccer Region III Presidents Cup takes place June 14-19 at the Veterans Park and Bachmann Park in College Station, Texas. The event will feature Boys and Girls teams in the Under-13 through Under-17 age groups who will compete for a regional championship and a spot at the 2016 US Youth Soccer National Presidents Cup, July 14-17 in Tulsa, Okla.
